Reservations

Appointments are confirmed once the booking request has been accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please avoid same-day cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time in order to respect the schedule of other clients.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
